Brian, great article. Now I know what you're doing when you're not at Toobla. ;)

Re RSS Readers: NetNewsWire is now supporting Google Reader integration - very similar to using Mail.app with GMail accounts. Its totally seamless, although Google Reader users will miss a few features that NNW hasn't yet implemented. Their support of Google Reader fills out more with every update though. You should check it out. :)

Thank you Vinod and Kevin.

Google Reader is a good suggestion. I prefer NetNewsWire or the reader in Mac Mail... but very true an RSS reader is critical to stay on top of everything these days (funny, but even though I know its more efficient, while I do use it I still resist using RSS by default - I'm a little old school that way perhaps... but I know I read a lot less as a result)

A thousand thanks for this list. Great one-stop resource. Better than Google search results, for sure. I am popping through the names and then doing a fair amount of RSS subscribing. Lots of great new feeds found quick and easy.

Thanks Chris, I'm glad you liked it. I love the trivia. It's funny how even printed scripts use "Jack": http://www.imsdb.com/scripts/Fight-Club.html

Thanks for the reminder of that scene. That is awesome to think about in the context of entrepreneurship.

A little trivia... Edward Norton's character is actually named "Narrator." They never actually mention his name during the movie. The "Jack" thing is from a set of poems that he finds in the house.

Great post Brian! I love Fight Club too, and I don't watch it nearly as often as I should. This has always been one of my favorite scenes from the whole movie... mixed in with all the others its easy to forget about it... but the profoundness of Tyler's assertion that the next day will be the best day of his life.. because he'll realize that he's NOT complete until he realizes his dreams, and life is fragile, so there's no time to waste to get there. Just wonderful.

AND also... you're team DOES appreciate your hard work. :)

I have read a similar quote before that says life is shot at us point blank, it is here and now or never. I liked the analogy very much as no one tells the entrepreneur to get up and run when fallen. He has to do it by himself. In business falling is inevitable, the only thing one can do is get up and keep running :)
